My Place In This World!

 

When I was in high school this song came out and I absolutely loved it.  The ironic thing is that even though I (vaguely) considered myself a Christian I had never listened to Christian music in my life and this of course was a big anthem within the Christian music genre at that time.

I hadn't heard it in years and then suddenly thought to purchase it off iTunes a few weeks ago, and only just now got around to actually listening to it.  It gave me chills because it totally seemed to apply to my spiritual journey from my start on the Pagan path up to now.  Ironic, isn't it?  One of the top comments on YouTube on this song was "Even if you listen to it without a religious mindset, it's an inspiring song that reaches to all of us, equally." It also seemed to apply to me finding my way in life as a woman and a mother.
